Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the typical season?

We go based on the school year, so typically September — May, around 9 months or 36 weeks of classes and lessons.

What if my child isn’t enjoying it? Can we drop out?

If you are attending the regular season classes and lessons, you have a Grace Period of 4 weeks to try out any classes or lessons after a payment has been made. The 5th week you will need to decide if you would like to continue, or drop out of the class. Read more in our policy section…

Do we have to do the show? She’s nervous in front of large crowds…

The shows are not a requirement for music students, although HIGHLY encouraged. For dance and theater, if the class is participating in the show, then performing is required. We’re blessed to have amazing crowds full of moms - dads - grandparents - siblings - teachers - friends - etc. They are very loving, encouraging, and are a wonderful opportunity to “get your feet wet” in front of a LIVE audience.

I have two kids, do you offer sibling discounts?

For our normal season classes and lessons, we only offer a single person minute/time discount they’re in the facility. There is also discounts on registration for families of three or more.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash - Check - Zelle - Venmo - Bank Bill Pay
